Cancellation Policy
Customers may request to cancel a booked service before our technician has been dispatched.
- Service cancellations made at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment are generally accepted without any cancellation charges.
- If the technician has already been assigned or has started traveling to your location, a visiting or inspection charge may apply.
- Once the service has been completed, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the type of service or product purchased.
Service Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment made by the customer.
